Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us via email.
Consulting Appointments
- Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without additional charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Project Services
Once a project has commenced, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on:
- Work completed
- Resources allocated
- Expenses already incurred
Any eligible refund will be determined after deducting applicable costs.
Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered either:
- A rescheduled appointment, or
- A full refund, where applicable.
