Because our services involve professional expertise, planning, and resource allocation, refunds are governed by the following policy:
Consulting Services
- Payments made for completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.
- Once project work has commenced, refunds are generally not available.
- If the Company is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons attributable solely to the Company, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Subscription or Training Services (if applicable)
Refund requests made before access to training materials or commencement of services may be considered.
Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate payment made due to technical issues will be refunded after verification.
